Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at Christiana Center for Oral Surgery & Dental Implants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, as well as a strong background in clinical operations.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the direct supervisor for our clinical team members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Administrator to recruit, train, and develop high-performing clinical staff.
  • Oversee the management of clinical team activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance guidelines and state regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective workplace procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA Guidelines.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Advanced degree preferred.
  • Dental Radiation Technician certification required; Registered Nurse with current state license preferred.
  • Four or more years of related management experience, preferably in a fast-paced oral surgery practice.
