Premier Academy of the Performing Arts is a renowned dance studio located in Avon, Indiana. We are currently seeking a qualified Jazz/Hip Hop Instructor to join our esteemed faculty.

Job Overview

We pride ourselves on offering top-notch instruction in a family-friendly environment. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching dance and a strong background in Jazz/Hip Hop styles. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and leading classes, as well as mentoring students individually.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and teach engaging dance classes for students of various ages and skill levels
  • Mentor students to help them reach their full potential
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Choreograph and rehearse performances for showcases and events
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; prior teaching experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Jazz/Hip Hop dance styles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
