Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our team, you will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism, implementing individualized treatment plans and contributing to the development of behavioral intervention programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children between the ages of 2 and 21.
  • Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations, and parent training as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with the BCBA and other team members.
  • Receive Supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • A reliable car and driver's license for commuting to clients' homes.
  • A High School Degree or equivalent.
