Endoscopy Clinical Nurse Supervisor

Job Summary:The Endoscopy Clinical Nurse Supervisor is responsible for leading the delivery of quality patient care in the Endoscopy department. This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating the daily flow of patients, as well as organizing and directing nursing service functions and activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with nursing care standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing care and ancillary services
- Provide leadership and guidance to Endoscopy staff, including Charge Nurses and Clinical Leaders
- Collaborate with physicians, CEO, Chief of Staff, and other healthcare professionals to achieve departmental goals
- Maintain open communication with staff to promote improvement in performance
- Associates of Science in Nursing (required)
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in the Endoscopy setting
- MT RN licensure
- ACLS, BLS, or obtain within 6 months of hire
