About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team at HealthPartners. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Department, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health services to children and adolescents in Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat children and adolescents aged 18 years and younger with a range of concerns, including disruptive behavior disorders, family/parent-child concerns, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, learning disorders, and developmental concerns.
  • Provide evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and families, utilizing your expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in child and adolescent mental health.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D., Ed.D., or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
  • Independent licensure or license eligibility in Minnesota.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong commitment to ethical practices and a patient-centered approach to care.
