Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Four Roses Distillery LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our distillery equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
  • Equipment Installation and Repair: Install, repair, and maintain distillery equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using our maintenance management software system.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate degree in engineering, applied science, industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, or related field. 1-2 years of industrial or distillery maintenance experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of instrumentation and industrial maintenance technology. Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, manuals, etc. Heavy knowledge of HVAC, boiler operations, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to work overtime as needed.
Working Conditions

This role operates in a fast-paced industrial environment and requires the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions. The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
