Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MRI Tech to join our team at Hire Energy, LLC: Healthcare/Medical Staffing. As an MRI Imaging Specialist, you will play a vital role in the diagnostic process by producing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging scans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality MRI scans as per physician orders and established protocols.
  • Operate MRI equipment to capture detailed images of organs, tissues, and other internal structures.
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, explaining the process, ensuring their comfort, and addressing any concerns.
  • Position patients accurately to obtain the necessary views and ensure optimal image quality.
  • Monitor patients during scans to ensure safety and well-being, especially those requiring sedation or special care.
  • Evaluate MRI images for clarity and diagnostic value, making necessary adjustments and collaborating with radiologists as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documenting procedures and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of shielding and monitoring of magnetic fields.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on MRI equipment, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with service personnel as required.
  • Educate patients about the MRI process, post-procedure care, and any follow-up instructions.
Requirements
  • 2 years MRI Tech experience with travel or 3 years experience with no travel
  • Compact or TN License at time of submittal
  • Must live at least 100 miles from facility
  • COVID-19 Vaccine
  • Flu Vaccine
