Job Title: 3rd Shift Concierge

We are Resort Lifestyle Communities, a family-owned company dedicated to providing exceptional senior living experiences. Our newest location, Carolina Pines Retirement Community, is coming to the Greensboro, NC area this fall, and we are seeking a 3rd Shift Concierge to provide top-notch customer service and hospitality to our residents and guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the community overnight, responding to resident needs and providing support as needed.
  • Perform housekeeping and custodial duties in common areas to prepare the community for the next day.
  • Assist with emergency situations, including responding to resident emergency calls and contacting emergency personnel as necessary.
  • Provide support to residents and guests, including answering phone calls, assisting with administrative tasks, and performing various cleaning duties.
  • Live by our Core Values of Respect, Kindness & Compassion, Honesty, and Service Excellence.
Requirements:
  • Ability to remain awake and alert throughout the night to respond to emergencies.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older, have a current driver's license, and a clean driving record.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region is preferred.
  • Ability to move tables and furniture, lift and carry approximately 25 pounds, and operate janitorial equipment.
  • Previous work experience in customer service or hospitality, and working overnight hours is preferred.
