Key Duties:
- Lead and oversee the installation of custom cabinetry and finish carpentry on-site
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guarantee precise installation and adherence to design
- Coordinate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion
- Install cabinets, doors, drawers, and hardware with meticulous precision
- Execute finish carpentry tasks such as trimming, molding, and custom woodwork to uphold high craftsmanship standards
- Identify and resolve any installation issues to ensure a flawless fit and finish
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in cabinet installation or finish carpentry, with leadership experience preferred
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Capable of leading a team and working independently when necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex installations
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift and transport heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.)
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions when on job sites
