Job Summary:

The Behavioral Health RN provides comprehensive care to patients with various mental health concerns, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical, emotional, and psychological support to patients with mental health concerns
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to facilitate a therapeutic relationship
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience providing care to behavioral health patients
Current Massachusetts state RN license
Documentation of ongoing clinical competencies and continuing education
Current BLS certification
ACLS and PALS required within one year of employment
