About the Role

• Firing of the oven and preparation of the bakery for daily production
• Preparing dough using established formulations and procedures
• Adhering to food safety and handling regulations
• Daily cleaning of the work area according to sanitation standards
• Assisting with maintenance and upkeep of production machinery and related items
