Overview:

As a Service Coordinator at Burns Buick GMC, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage customer communication, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and procedures.


Requirements:

  • No prior automotive experience required.
  • Candidates must have a stable work history and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow all processes and procedures mandatory to the Genesis experience.
  • Answer incoming phone calls as one of the primary initial contact people and handle accordingly.
  • Perform outbound call tasks as assigned from the department.
