RESPONSIBILITIES | YOUR ROLE

Fostering a Positive Learning Environment : Assist educators in establishing a warm and inclusive classroom where every student feels appreciated and motivated to learn. Personalized Support : Offer individualized or small group assistance to students, guiding them in understanding and completing their tasks while keeping them engaged. Behavioral Guidance : Apply behavior management techniques to encourage positive conduct and a conducive learning environment. Communication Support : Serve as a liaison between students and teachers, clarifying instructions and ensuring that each student's requirements are acknowledged and addressed. Instructional Support : Help in the preparation and presentation of educational materials, tailoring resources to accommodate the varied needs of students. Emotional Assistance : Provide a compassionate presence, supporting students as they navigate emotional and social challenges. Collaborative Teamwork : Work closely with educators, therapists, and other professionals to deliver a comprehensive approach to each student's educational journey.

QUALIFICATIONS | YOUR SKILLS

Educational Qualifications : A high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in special education, psychology, or a related discipline is advantageous. Relevant Experience : Experience working with children with special needs or autism (e.g., RBT, mental health technician, teacher assistant, teacher aide). Communication Proficiency : Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Empathy and Patience : A genuine passion for supporting students, along with patience and understanding. Team Collaboration : Capability to work effectively within a diverse team of educators and specialists.
