Job Title: Makeup Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Makeup Specialist to join our team for a pop-up event at Aventura Mall. As a Makeup Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting high-end makeup products, and conducting makeup consultations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by offering personalized makeup consultations and product recommendations.
  • Actively engage with customers to promote luxury makeup products and drive sales.
  • Conduct thorough makeup consultations to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
  • Efficiently manage and assist walk-in customers, ensuring they receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury makeup products, including benefits, application techniques, and available shades.
  • Accurately track daily sales metrics and provide detailed reporting to the team lead.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and maintaining a visually appealing display.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience working with luxury makeup brands in high-end retail environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for engaging and assisting discerning customers.
  • Proven ability to conduct detailed makeup consultations and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and promoting high-end products in a retail setting.
  • Comfortable with numbers and experienced in tracking sales data and performance metrics.
  • Deep passion for makeup and beauty products, with the ability to quickly learn and convey sophisticated product details.
  • Availability to work part-time hours throughout the duration of the pop-up event, including weekends and peak hours.
