Polysomnography Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Polysomnographic Technologist to join our team at UAB Medical West. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive evaluations and treatments for sleep disorders, utilizing polysomnography and diagnostic services.

• Conduct polysomnography and diagnostic services for patients with sleep disorders
• Provide patient care and education on sleep disorders and treatment options
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient information and treatment outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in polysomnography and sleep medicine

• Graduate from a Polysomnography program or equivalent experience
• Registry in good standing with the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists or equivalent certification
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn data input and order entry information
