Position Summary

Our Pool Attendants possess a strong commitment to excellence and provide outstanding service to both members and guests.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Crafting personalized experiences for members and guests through exceptional hospitality.
  • Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organization in designated work areas.
  • Possessing thorough knowledge of the menu offerings, including daily specials and features.
  • Adhering to all safety and health regulations, as well as state and federal liquor laws. Upholding Company Safety and Sanitation Standards.
  • Implementing effective service recovery strategies to address any complaints promptly.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year in a food service-related role.
  • Self-driven with a positive demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced or high-pressure setting.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as mandated by local regulations.
  • Completion of a food and beverage training program is preferred.
