Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to enhance our rehabilitation services in Claremont, NH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver physical therapy interventions and therapeutic modalities as prescribed by healthcare professionals to restore function and avert disability.
  • Support patients in achieving optimal functional capabilities, adjusting to and managing their physical abilities.
  • Assess treatment effectiveness and suggest modifications as needed.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up assessments in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain precise patient documentation and comply with clinical record-keeping standards.
  • Engage in staff training and orientation initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to billing practices for accurate and timely patient charges.
  • Exhibit flexibility to provide care in various settings, including occasional inpatient unit responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Preferred experience in outpatient care; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Certifications/Licensure:
  • BLS certification is mandatory.
