Job Title: Systems & Warehouse Manager- Inventory

At Niagara Bottling, we're seeking a highly skilled Systems & Warehouse Manager- Inventory to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure efficient and accurate inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse operations, including process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with other business functions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in warehouse operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse management, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in warehouse management, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience in managing IT systems and implementing technology solutions to improve warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
