Elite Care Management is actively looking for dedicated Home Health Aides to deliver personalized patient care in the CHICAGO NORTH region.
Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week, totaling 32 hours.
Shift Times: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM & 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with Hoyer lift transfers
- Providing sponge baths
- Meal preparation
- Performing various household tasks as necessary
