Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at WJM Professionals LLC. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their dental experience

• Assist dental professionals with various procedures, including examinations, treatments, and patient preparation

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards

• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

• Certificate or Associate degree in Dental Assisting or a related field

• 12 months of experience in a dental setting, with a focus on patient care and clinical procedures

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) for the Health Care Provider

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
