Responsibilities- Assist with patient flow and ensure efficient use of time
- Perform clinically appropriate tasks related to patient panel management, including administrative support, phone calls, test results, and coordination of care
- Maintain neat, clean, stocked, and safe exam rooms and patient care areas
- Interact with patients and their families in a professional and courteous manner
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a formal medical assistant training program required
- CPR certification from a program approved by the American Heart Association required
- National Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Clinical support experience, specifically in primary care and/or specialty care setting, preferred
