Senior Produce Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Produce Clerk to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a key member of our produce department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including farm-fresh produce, natural meats, and bulk goods
- Ensure accurate pricing and inventory management, including stocking, facing, and rotating merchandise
- Collaborate with the produce manager to achieve sales goals and maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas, and adhering to safety and health regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; basic math skills and knowledge of weights and measures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a positive and professional manner
- Ability to lift, stack, and maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
