Job Overview

CHOICE ABA Autism Services NJ LLC is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Technician to join our team. As a Behavioral Technician, you will play a critical role in providing clinical skills instruction to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in home, community, and school settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
  • Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
  • Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with clients individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
  • Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws.
  • Collaborate with treatment team, including client, parents, caregivers, outside professionals, and co-workers.
  • Attend required trainings to maintain and acquire technical knowledge.
