Alaska Direct Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Direct Service Professional to join our team at Reach Inc. Alaska. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing person-centered assistance and support to children and adults with developmental disabilities.
In this position, you will work closely with our clients to help them achieve their goals and increase their levels of independence. Your tasks may include assisting with daily living skills, household management, building relationships, caregiving, communication, supported employment, health and wellness, and self-advocacy.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be patient and understanding, and have the ability to work independently with good judgment.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
