Baptist Health is seeking a highly skilled Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our Inpatient Pharmacy Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the distribution of medications and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and participate in the distribution of medications under the direct supervision of our professional staff.
- Assist in ordering, receiving, storage, and monitoring medication use.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of USP 797 and sterile compounding practices.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless medication distribution and patient care.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Indiana Pharmacy Technician registration license.
- National Technician Certification.
- 6 months of hospital pharmacy experience.
