WeCare Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Med-Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

**Job Summary**

As a Med-Surg/Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical/telemetry unit. Your primary function will be to provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Monitor patients' conditions, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.

• Participate in patient education, promoting health and wellness through effective communication and education.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:**

• ASN or BSN degree required.

• NYS RN license required.

• At least 1 year of experience in Med-Surg/Telemetry preferred.

• BLS certification required.
