We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with a strong background in troubleshooting process equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with various types of process equipment including bioreactors, chromatography skids, tangential flow filtration (TFF) skids, and clean-in-place (CIP) systems. A background in manufacturing engineering within the pharmaceutical sector is essential.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4 to 6 years of engineering experience with a focus on process equipment in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines, including process development, engineering, automation, maintenance, and management.
  • This role supports manufacturing activities related to process equipment.

The Process Engineer will work closely with maintenance teams, project management, and engineering leads to enhance the operation and reliability of manufacturing equipment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in biopharmaceutical operations or manufacturing.
  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., cGMP, OSHA, EPA) and familiarity with quality systems such as change control and validation processes.
  • Knowledge of design and troubleshooting of biopharmaceutical production equipment, including cell culture reactors and filtration systems.
  • Proficient in problem analysis and engineering solution development using data-driven methodologies.
  • Experience in executing capital projects in both GMP and non-GMP environments.
  • Understanding of safety protocols in biopharmaceutical production settings.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and technical writing skills.
