As a medical telemetry nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our 5N Medical Telemetry Unit.

Job Description

This is an ongoing staff position with night shift hours (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.). The ideal candidate will have at least one year of medical surgical experience as an RN and possess strong communication skills. You will be responsible for managing 5 medical patients per shift and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team that includes a unit-based Nurse Practitioner, attending and consulting physicians, a pharmacy, a physical therapist, and other assistive personnel.

Patient Population

The patient population consists of adults typically aged 18 and above. Your focus will be on maintaining function, providing education, and ensuring safety while engaging in a relationship-based care model. This approach involves building relationships with patients, families, and peers guided by our values of love and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
  • BSN or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire date
  • At least one year of medical surgical experience as an RN
  • BLS required

Our compensation package includes an estimated salary of $85,000-$110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a range of benefits designed to support your well-being and career growth.
