- Prepare and analyze patient samples, including blood, urine, and tissue specimens.
- Record and report test results, including any abnormalities or unusual findings.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Specialist (MLS).
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
