Job Summary: Muraoka Insurance Group, Llc is seeking a Claims Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all incoming claim calls from customers, ensuring that they receive timely and efficient service. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions to their concerns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive annual base salary of $45,000 + bonus opportunities. Key responsibilities will include handling incoming claim calls from customers, greeting customers in a friendly and helpful manner, asking each customer for referrals, providing exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe. Required skills and qualifications include an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-thru, and follow-up, confidence as a self-starter who works well independently, professional phone etiquette, excellent spelling and grammar skills, a driven and goal-oriented approach, and the ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
