Position Overview:
This full-time role involves planning, organizing, and delivering physical therapy programs aimed at enhancing clients' mobility, alleviating pain, increasing strength, and preventing deformities. The successful candidate will conduct thorough examinations and evaluations for clients affected by injuries or illnesses, utilizing various tools and techniques to administer effective physical therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and document therapeutic plans tailored to individual client needs, making modifications as necessary.
2. Educate clients and their families about treatment protocols and self-exercise routines to be practiced at home.
3. Apply age-appropriate treatment methods and evaluations to meet the diverse needs of clients.
4. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with departmental guidelines and regulatory standards.
5. Collaborate with external professionals, including providers and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care.
6. Supervise assistants, aides, and students in delivering client care and treatment services.
7. Participate in departmental initiatives to promote the organization and its mission.

Qualifications:
- Must possess appropriate educational credentials as per state licensure requirements.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers is required within the first 60 days of employment.
