MA Economist

We are seeking a highly skilled MA Economist to join our team at Research and Planning Consultants, LP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting economic research and analysis to support our clients in personal injury and commercial litigation cases.

• Interface with client law firms to obtain documents and information
• Conduct literature searches and interviews to gather data
• Analyze data using EXCEL, SQL, and/or STATA as appropriate
• Prepare expert reports and demonstrative exhibits for personal injury and commercial litigation cases
• Prepare project files for production in discovery and back-up books for use by RPC testifying experts
• Perform other related duties as required

• Master's degree in economics or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL and/or STATA, WORD, and EXCEL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a high-paced and stressful environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment
