Make a Difference in Someone's Life

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavioral Health Caregiver. In this role, you will provide assistance and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily assistance with activities such as socialization, behavioral development, personal care, housekeeping, and recreational activities.
  • Accurately document progress and activity, reviewing records and logs to stay up-to-date with changes in service plans.
  • Provide clinical expertise, including knowledge of specialized populations and expertise in areas such as behavioral support, early intervention, and crisis intervention.
  • Accompany individuals to medical appointments, relay orders and information to and from medical providers, and travel between sites and to individual's homes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months of experience in human services preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • States may have additional requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.
