Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting workplace safety, delivering outstanding customer care, using automotive parts expertise, and efficiently operating technology systems. Key responsibilities include acting as a safety champion, handling customer inquiries, managing inventory, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in promoting workplace safety through regular safety huddles and adherence to our Safety Handbook.
- Deliver outstanding care to every customer, providing accurate auto parts solutions and creating positive experiences.
- Use your automotive parts expertise to assist customers and support your fellow team members.
- Efficiently operate our technology systems, including point-of-sale, cash registers, and TAMS system, to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory, manage special orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Support store operations by occasionally opening and closing the store and performing other duties as needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- MUST HAVE Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Technical or Trade School courses or degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry is a plus, but a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and video platforms (Zoom/Teams).
- Must be flexible, able to respond quickly to changing requirements, and demonstrate integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and using hands to handle objects.
- Passion for providing superior customer service and solving problems.
