Creative Therapist

Kensington Senior Living, LLC is a leading provider of senior living services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and compassion to our residents.

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Therapist to join our team in designing and coordinating engaging Life Enrichment programs that address the physical, mental, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of our residents.

• Evaluate resident functional levels and determine interests and social needs to create cognitive groupings for various activities.
• Coordinate with Directors of Assisted Living and Memory Care to assess Life Enrichment needs and goals.
• Plan, implement, and monitor meaningful group and individual programs based on physical, psychosocial, cognitive level, spiritual needs, and interests.

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in music therapy or Master's Degree preferred.
• Valid Board Certification.
• High level of musicianship required.
• Excellent verbal skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in senior living/home-care is preferable.
