Qualifications:
  • Proven hands-on experience in Java development, with a preference for Java 11, although Java 8 is acceptable.
  • Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role or as a senior developer mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong proficiency in developing APIs and architecting microservices, particularly for customer-facing applications.
  • Experience working within an AWS cloud environment.
  • Background in larger organizations, particularly those with a focus on scalability, is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with offshore teams is a plus for leadership roles.
