About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collision Damage Estimator to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality repair services.

Responsibilities
  • Educate Customers: Provide detailed explanations to customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
  • Estimate and Quote: Complete initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
  • Manage Repairs: Oversee each repair throughout the process, ensuring that our quality standards are met by performing in-process quality control checks.
  • Customer Communication: Keep customers informed and updated on the status of their vehicle, providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Data Management: Pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
  • Finalize Repairs: Preclose the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
Requirements
  • Estimating System Knowledge: Must have knowledge of the estimating system CCC One.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
  • Organization and Time Management: Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills are required.
  • Auto Insurance Knowledge: Knowledge of auto insurance partners and various programs is necessary.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
