Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dessert Cart Attendant to join our team at Levy Sector. As a Dessert Cart Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Suite Attendants to track orders, manage monetary situations, and process charges.
  • Prepare the dessert cart for events, including cleaning and restocking desserts, plates, serving utensils, and ice.
  • Account for all inventory on your cart and ensure it is fully restocked.
  • Validate payment methods, complete transactions, and provide documentation and receipts as needed.
  • Thoroughly clean the cart at the end of the event.
  • Interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Ensure guest orders are completed in a timely manner.
