Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, count, and stock raw materials, ensuring accurate counts, packaging, stock rotation, part identification, and shelf life determination.
  • Sort, inspect, and validate warranty on returned material, and complete detailed inventory transactions in appropriate systems.
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including reel counters, weigh scales, pallet jacks, and forklifts, to deliver material to production and/or shipping areas.
  • Prepare, configure, and package upgrade material kits for shipment to customers.
Requirements
  • Two to Four years of relevant experience in a warehouse or material handling environment.
  • High School or Equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of warehousing and inventory control practices, basic math skills, and ability to maintain detailed and accurate records of material movement.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal customers and operate warehouse equipment.
Working Conditions

This position requires occasional sustained concentration to focus on small areas, objects, computers, etc. Duties also require continuous light physical effort and exertion, including prolonged repetitive motion, standing, sitting in a confined work space, climbing, using equipment, handling lightweight materials, etc. Periodic heavy manual effort and considerable exertion, including lifting objects over 20 pounds, requiring straining, pulling, and lifting, are also required.
