Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our culinary team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen area.

Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and in good working order.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash.
  • Sort and remove trash, and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines.
  • Assist with unloading and storing deliveries, and perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor.
Requirements
  • No specific educational requirements; a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
  • Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays or dish racks.
  • Basic knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
  • Team player attitude with effective communication skills.
Compensation

Starting at $16.00 USD Hourly
