We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- 1 year of experience in a Telemetry setting, with a preference for 2 years or more.
- Valid RN license in the state of Connecticut.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
