Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential Technician to join our team at Highwater Detox & Treatment Center. This part-time graveyard shift position is perfect for individuals looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the field of drug and alcohol treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and carry out various clinical and program services, ensuring residents receive high-quality care during overnight hours.
  • Monitor residents, logging observations, withdrawal scales, and supervising self-administration of medications as needed.
  • Participate in the admitting process, orient new residents, and manage overall resident care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment through regular walk-throughs and cleaning tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma (college degree preferred)
  • RADT or higher certification or current CNA licensure required
