You will collaborate closely with a Store Manager to grasp our operational standards and practices, with the potential to advance into a Store Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions, provide contextual training, and understand team dynamics.
  • Actively listen, anticipate needs, and communicate effectively with team members, upper management, and district personnel.
  • Inspire, motivate, and educate staff on Stewart's tools and strategies during weekly store meetings.
