Key Responsibilities
  • Build high-quality printed circuit board assemblies using precision hand tools and soldering techniques.
  • Assemble electrical or electromechanical devices and components with attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Pull up documentation and follow quality guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient work.
  • Perform basic touch-ups and operate various equipment as needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standards and classes.
  • Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in the work area.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform other assignments as required.
Requirements
  • J-STD-001 certification
  • Basic soldering skills
  • Intermediate level computer skills
  • Ability to read and understand engineering assembly drawings
  • Ability to read and follow assembly instructions
  • Ability to build electrical and electromechanical assemblies
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity
