Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Autonomy Systems and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define vehicle behaviors, capabilities, and operational contexts.
  • Develop comprehensive Use Cases and Concepts of Operation to support safety analysis and platform requirements.
  • Create an Operational Design Domain (ODD) ontology and identify relevant policies and regulations in collaboration with experts.
  • Work closely with Software, Systems, and Safety Engineering teams to define system architectures and requirements for autonomous vehicle capabilities.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to justify system-level requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, including design reviews and requirements reconciliation.
  • Develop verification and validation strategies to demonstrate compliance with requirements.
  • Implement industry best practices consistently across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a safety-critical environment, with knowledge of software development standards and safety analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python for engineering and data analysis.
  • Ability to write clear and testable system-level and software-level requirements.
  • Experience in software design assessment and code reviews.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO SOTIF standards.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Systems technologies.
  • Experience with C++ and modern software development practices.
  • Familiarity with various testing methodologies.
