Quality Lead

At Bank of America, we strive to make a positive impact on our customers' financial lives. As a Business Support Lead II, you will play a critical role in supporting our executives and teams to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage diverse administrative functions for a large department or business unit, including financial control, personnel processes, audit, and compliance.
- Administer bank programs and policies, and direct the development of administrative policies and procedures.
- Communicate with executives and management to gather and convey relevant information.
- Provide exceptional support to executives, including calendar management, travel planning, and expense coordination.
- Liaise with outside groups to coordinate events and activities.
- Develop and edit presentation materials, and schedule communication forums.
- Manage multiple objectives, projects, and activities simultaneously.
- Minimum 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services.
- Advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs.
- Knowledge of Concur or other Travel & Expense software.
- Excellent time management and self-starting skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience in Financial Services, with knowledge of Wholesale Credit and GBAM.
- Knowledge of Ariba, eRequest, ARM, Concur, Workday, and WebEx.
