### Job Summary
As a Family Physician at Community Health Centers, you will provide outpatient comprehensive primary care services, including preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. You will also provide primary care consultation services.
### Qualifications
* Education: Graduation from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy and residency trained in your specialty field
* Experience: Three to five years of experience preferred
* Certification/Licensure: Active Florida license required, DEA license required, BLS certification required, and Board eligible or Certified in Family Practice preferred
