Travel Physical Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and executing a plan of care for various patient populations in the acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and create a plan of care for patients
  • Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
  • Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines
Requirements:
  • 6 months of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • BLS and state-specific licensing
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty

We offer a competitive pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. If you are a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
