Job Title: Security Ambassador

About Us: At Burlington Stores, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure shopping environment. We're seeking a skilled and friendly Security Ambassador to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor store entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to prevent theft and maintain a safe environment for customers and associates.
* Greet every customer with a warm smile and a loud, friendly greeting, promoting a sense of control and security.
* Possess knowledge mastery of top shortage areas and support programs aimed at theft reduction.
* Communicate effectively with customers and associates to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, AP/LP, or Operations is preferred.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and visually monitor the store environment.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
