We are seeking a highly skilled Turbocharger Specialist to join our team at iSoftTek Solutions Inc. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the execution of repair/maintenance works on site/on board by performing designated duties personally.

• Carry out Workshop Technician responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Preparation of field service personal hand tools, consumables, and materials and manuals.
• Field/shop service execution under supervision.
• Work with portable/shop equipment on site, including valve seat grinder/cutter; honing equipment.
• Reporting to Supervisor and work according to manufacturer specifications and MSHS ISO standards.

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of turbocharger systems and components.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in performing maintenance and repairs.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with customers and team members.

Lifting up to 50 pounds. The ability to stand for long periods and be comfortable with kneeling, stooping, and working in cramped and uncomfortable positions is required. Should be prepared to twist and turn the body often and must be open to working outdoors in various weather conditions.
